Rates
Our pricing varies seasonally, ranging from $6,000 per month during the low season to $8,500 per month during the high season. All bookings are subject to GE Tax. TAT is charged for bookings with stays shorter than 180 days.

High Season:
- Winter (December to March):

Low Season:

- Fewer crowds between Spring Break and summer.
- Accommodations and flight prices are often lower.
- Fall (September to December):
- Generally the least crowded time of year.
- Perfect for a quieter, more relaxed experience.
Villa Olina Rates & Booking Information
At Villa Olina, our rates are designed to reflect the luxury and comfort of our Ko Olina, Oahu villa. Rates may vary based on the dates of your stay, so please select your desired period to view the most accurate pricing.
Flexible Pricing:
- Day-by-Day Rate Variations: Pricing is dynamic, reflecting demand and seasonality.

Payment Schedule:
- Initial Deposit: A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
- Second Payment: 60% of the total cost is due 60 days before your arrival.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is to be paid 30 days prior to your check-in date.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 Days Before Arrival: 100% refund of the prepayment for cancellations made 60 days or more before check-in.
- 30 Days Before Arrival: 50% refund of the prepayment for cancellations made 30 days or more before check-in.
- Less Than 30 Days: Unfortunately, cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable.
Security Deposit:
- Pre-Authorization: A security deposit of $3,000 will be pre-authorized one day before arrival and will be released seven days after departure, pending no damages

- Early Bird Discounts: Book your stay 6 months in advance and receive a 10%
discount. - Long Stay Discounts: Enjoy up to 20% off for stays of 14 nights or more.
